Stiglitz: World heading for slowdown

The Nobel Prize-winning economist Joseph Stiglitz has said that banks need to be reined in.

As policy makers are struggling to come up with ways to prevent another meltdown, better regulation of banks is one area they are looking at.

He spoke to the BBC's Alex Ritson about big banks, the problems facing governments trying to regulate them, and what the future holds.
