These terms govern the use of the ej.uz service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Definitions

• Service - the ej.uz short link creation service.
• Short link - a shortened link created by ej.uz that redirects to the specified long link.
• User - any person who uses the Service.

Service description

The Service provides the ability to create short links and use them to redirect to long links.

Age restriction

The Service has no age restriction.

Acceptable use

The User agrees not to use the Service for unlawful activities, including:

• distribution of malware;
• phishing or theft of access credentials;
• fraud;
• distribution of spam;
• promotion of online gambling websites if it does not comply with applicable laws;
• any other activity that violates laws or third-party rights.

Content responsibility and short link deletion

The User is fully responsible for short links and related content. The service provider is not responsible for third-party content that short links point to.

The service provider reserves the right to delete or block any short link at any time at its discretion, including if there are suspicions of misuse or legal violations.

Availability

The Service may be temporarily or permanently suspended, modified, or limited without prior notice.

Intellectual property

All rights to the Service (including trademarks, design, and content) belong to the service provider or other rights holders. The User only obtains the right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties. The service provider assumes no liability for direct or indirect losses that may arise in connection with the use of the Service.

Personal data

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the ej.uz privacy policy.

Changes to the terms

The service provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
