Arnis Ozols, Httpool Regional director and RBS Alumnus, will share his experience and takeaways from his most challenging lifetime accomplishments - reaching the South Pole by skiing there 111km in freezing temperatures as low as 50 degrees below zero. 

Olga Kotova, Head of Large Corporates at Swedbank, will disclose her learnings from climbing the Everest. She is the first and only woman from the Baltics to reach the summit of the world's highest peak above the sea level.
